As Lyon Wood Design (the "Company"), we value the security of your personal data in our capacity as data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). This notice has been prepared to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data is processed, to whom it may be transferred, and your rights.

Personal Data Processed and Its Purposes

Personal data you submit through our website — such as your name, surname, email, phone number and message content — is processed to respond to your requests, carry out quotation and project processes, communicate with you and fulfil our legal obligations, based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5/2 of the KVKK.

Your personal data may be shared, only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes stated above and in accordance with the relevant legislation, with authorised public institutions and organisations and with the suppliers from whom we receive services. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing, and to request that incomplete or incorrectly processed data be corrected, deleted or destroyed.
